You say you want a Revolution, well.... Not really.

The NBC television show Revolution.    We finally got around to watching it, and the story starts out with both a bang and a whimper.  Sort of like watching it.  

Make no mistake, the story is quite interesting.    An "enough to keep watching the show" sort of interesting.    However, this show has some major problems.   Perhaps you've noticed them.  Perhaps they've upset you as well.

We'll get into all that after the fold.   There will be spoilers.

Ooops, I've skipped the quasi-infamous Thursday the 13th

I had all sorts of grandiose plans yesterday to write an amazing blog post.   Sadly enough, not being able to choose the subject led to my running out of time, resulting in the unfortunate and entirely unexpected lack of a post yesterday.    With this post, today isn't looking particularly fantastic either, and I do so hate thinking on the weekend. 

Although I have only promised to post once a week, I take it personally that I may have crushed the expectations of the readers.   So I must therefore apologize.  On the other hand, perhaps I can salvage something from this post.
